Do not stop prescribed medicines to prepare for the visit; discuss any proposed change with the clinician who manages them.

What is free, and what would you pay for?

The initial consultation is free and usually lasts 30 minutes. Treatment is separate, with itemised costs explained and agreed before proceeding. You can use the appointment to understand those costs and decide later.

A review is usually arranged around two weeks where relevant. Attendance is free; additional treatment is charged. Amex, Mastercard, Visa and cash are accepted without a surcharge. Cancellation is free with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Same day care may be possible when clinically suitable, with the necessary arrangements, informed consent and agreed costs. Allow for a consultation first, and tell the clinic if you have a deadline to leave.
