Corey Anderson takes a thorough history. He asks about your medical background, your current medications, any prior cosmetic treatments, and what you have been noticing about your face that has brought you in today. Then he looks at your face, closely and carefully, both at rest and in motion.
He identifies where muscle activity is contributing to visible lines. He distinguishes between dynamic lines (produced by movement) and static lines (etched into the skin at rest). He assesses the balance between different muscle groups and how treating one area might affect the appearance of others.
Then he tells you what he sees. What is driving the concern you have described. What treatment can address. What treatment cannot address. And what a conservative starting point would look like.
