About Beaumaris

Beaumaris is deliberately quiet. The mid century architecture, concentrated nowhere else in Melbourne quite like this suburb, is protected and celebrated by residents who understand what makes it valuable. The Beaumaris cliff foreshore reserve is one of Melbourne’s finest coastal walks: sandstone cliffs, native vegetation and beach access that draws walkers from across Bayside but feels entirely owned by those who live nearby. Reserve Road provides local shopping and cafes of a quality that matches the suburb’s understated premium character. Beaumaris does not advertise itself, and residents tend to prefer it that way.

Clients from Beaumaris who come to Core Aesthetics typically share the suburb’s preference for quality and discretion over volume and visibility, the sole practitioner model and the absence of a busy clinic environment tend to suit this demographic particularly well.

Bayside calm with a creative edge. Wind and waves shape the vibe. Dog walks are non negotiable.

Getting Here from Beaumaris

From Woolworths on Reserve Road in Beaumaris, Core Aesthetics is approximately 23 minutes by car via Balcombe Road north to Nepean Highway and then through South Road to Warrigal Road, around 14 kilometres. Beaumaris does not have its own train station, but route 709 connects toward Cheltenham station for those wanting a combination of bus and car travel. The clinic at 12A Atherton Road is open Tuesday to Saturday by appointment. Street parking is available along Atherton Road and the surrounding streets.

Why Beaumaris Clients Choose Core Aesthetics

Sole practitioner care

The conservative, assessment first model at Core Aesthetics suits Beaumaris clients who want results that hold up over time. Wind and waves shape the local vibe. Dog walks are non negotiable. The aesthetic here is natural beauty, not manufactured polish.

Corey Anderson, AHPRA registered nurse (NMW0001047575, registered since January 1996), is the sole treating practitioner at Core Aesthetics. Every client is seen by Corey personally for every appointment. His registration is publicly verifiable at coreaesthetics.com.au/verify.

Your Consultation

What happens at consultation

Every treatment at Core Aesthetics begins with an individual consultation. Corey takes a thorough medical history, assesses the relevant anatomy directly and discusses your concerns and goals. The recommendation is based entirely on this individual assessment, not on a standard protocol. There is no obligation to proceed and no treatment without your fully informed consent.
